About Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management
Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management (SCEM) is a premier private engineering institution located in Adyar, Mangaluru, Karnataka. Established in 2007 by the Bhandary Foundation, SCEM has rapidly grown to become one of the most reputed engineering colleges in Coastal Karnataka and the Dakshina Kannada district.
SCEM is approved by AICTE, affiliated to VTU, Belagavi, accredited with NAAC A grade, and holds NBA accreditation for multiple programmes. It is also recognised by UGC and accredited by SIRO (DSIR), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India — one of the few engineering colleges in Karnataka to receive this recognition for its R&D activities. SCEM is also recognised by the Ministry of Education (MoE).
The college offers B.E. in 7 branches, M.Tech, MBA, and Ph.D programmes. It has a New Age Incubation Network (NAIN) to support student startups, and hosts 90–100 companies annually for placements. The highest package in 2024 was Rs. 43.43 LPA from Atlassian.

Courses and Fees 2026
SCEM offers B.E. in 7 branches, M.Tech, MBA, and Ph.D. B.E. fees under KCET quota range from Rs. 1.96 Lakh to Rs. 3.86 Lakh total. Under management quota, fees can go up to Rs. 10.46 Lakh. MBA fee is Rs. 54,000 per year. Admission via KCET or COMEDK for B.E., and PGCET/MAT/KMAT for MBA.
