1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, submitting an enquiry form, making a payment, or using any feature of our Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
• You will comply with all applicable Indian and international laws and regulations

2. Description of Services

Admittance Edutech provides educational counselling services to students seeking admission in:

• Engineering: JEE-based admissions (B.Tech/BE across NITs, IIITs, state colleges)
• Medical: NEET-based admissions (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, Nursing across government & private colleges)
• Law: CLAT/AILET-based admissions (LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB)
• MBA: CAT/MAT/CMAT/state CET-based admissions

Our counsellors guide students on college selection, cutoff analysis, application processes, document verification, and seat allotment rounds. We are an advisory service — final admission decisions rest with respective universities and exam authorities.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access our counselling services, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate name, contact number, email address, and academic details
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at admittanceedutech@gmail.com or +91 94706 65572
• Not share your account with third parties
• Not register multiple accounts for the same student

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect are being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Payments & Billing

Paid counselling plans and services are subject to the following:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI credentials on our servers
• A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful transaction
• Counselling packages are non-transferable and valid only for the student registered at the time of purchase
• In case of failed transactions where your account has been debited, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Price changes, if any, will be communicated with at least 14 days’ notice and will not affect existing active packages

5. Refund Policy

• Before Session Commencement: Full refund available if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and before any counselling session has taken place
• After Session Commencement: No refund once one or more counselling sessions have been delivered, as the service has been partially or fully rendered
• Failed Payment Refund: If a payment fails and your account is debited, we will refund the full amount within 5–7 business days
• Duplicate Payments: Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days upon written notice
• Exceptional Cases: Refund requests beyond the standard window are reviewed case-by-case by our team

6. Service Disclaimer & Limitation

Admittance Edutech is a counselling and advisory service only. Please note:

• We do not guarantee admission to any college, university, or programme
• Seat availability, cutoffs, and admission criteria are determined solely by the respective institutions and exam authorities (NTA, MCC, KEA, JOSAA, etc.)
• We provide guidance based on publicly available data and experience; we are not responsible for changes in counselling procedures, cutoffs, or policies made by regulatory bodies
• College information, fee structures, and placement data shared on our website are for informational purposes only; verify critical details with the respective institution directly

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Submit false academic details, forged documents, or misrepresent your eligibility
• Impersonate any person, counsellor, or institution
• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content, college data, or proprietary materials without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users’ accounts
• Use our platform to spam, phish, or conduct unsolicited outreach to colleges or students
• Engage in any activity that violates Razorpay’s or Google’s acceptable use policies
• Misuse our free resources to avoid purchasing services, then file fraudulent complaints

8. Intellectual Property

All content on admittanceedutech.in — including text, graphics, logos, college data compilations, counselling guides, and code — is the property of Admittance Edu Technology or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Sharing individual articles or pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution is permitted.

9. Third-Party Services & APIs

Our Service integrates with the following third-party platforms:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Guarantees of admission to any college or programme
• Accuracy of cutoff ranks or seat availability (sourced from public data which may change)
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website
• Results from following our counselling advice

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADMITTANCE EDU TECHNOLOGY AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Non-admission to any college due to exam scores, category issues, or seat availability
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of admission opportunity due to delayed document submission by the student
• Changes in college policies, fee structures, or counselling schedules by regulatory authorities

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Admittance Edutech in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Admittance Edu Technology, its founders, counsellors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of our Service; (c) submission of false or forged academic documents; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You submit fraudulent or forged documents
• Your conduct poses a risk to our team, other students, or the integrity of our services
• We are required to do so by applicable law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. The courts at Gautambuddha Nagar / Greater Noida, UP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at admittanceedutech@gmail.com or +91 94706 65572 and attempt resolution within 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Language: English.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Admittance Edutech
• Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• No Agency: No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or internet outages
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction
