Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT) is a premier engineering college established in 1963 by the visionary Sree Sree Shivakumara Swamiji through Sree Siddaganga Education Society. Located on BH Road, Tumakuru 572103, Karnataka, the institute was conceived to democratize access to quality engineering education for underserved communities in rural Karnataka.
SIT is an autonomous institute affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Belagavi and approved by AICTE New Delhi.
