About Sri Siddhartha School of Engineering
Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT) is one of Karnataka’s most established private engineering colleges. Founded in 1979 under Sri Siddhartha Education Society (SSES), Tumkur, the college has over four decades of legacy in technical education.
It is a constituent college of Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (SAHE), Tumkur. SSIT is approved by AICTE, holds NAAC A+ grade, and has NBA accreditation for B.E./B.Tech programmes. The sprawling 55–60 acre green campus is located at Maralur, Tumkur – 572105, Karnataka.
The campus has smart classrooms, 20+ labs, a library with 50,000+ books, Wi-Fi, hostels for 2,000+ students, and a Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park (STEP).

SSIT offers B.E./B.Tech in 8+ branches, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, and Ph.D. The total 4-year B.E. fee is Rs. 3.86 Lakh to Rs. 5.2 Lakh depending on branch and quota. B.E. admission is via COMEDK UGET or KCET.
