About KLE Technological University
KLE Technological University (formerly B.V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology — BVBCET) traces its origins to 1947 when it was established by KLE Society, Belagavi. Granted State Private University status in 2015, it was renamed KLE Technological University. Located at B.V. Bhoomaraddi Campus, Vidyanagar, Hubballi 580031, Karnataka, the 64-acre campus sits in Hubballi-Dharwad — the second-largest commercial and industrial hub of Karnataka.
KLE Tech is recognised by UGC, approved by AICTE, and accredited by NAAC with A Grade and NBA. NIRF 2025 ranks it in the 151-200 Engineering band (ranked 151st Overall in 2024).
