Why Does BSEB Issue Bihar SLET Dummy Admit Card 2026?
In competitive examinations, a single error in your printed hall ticket can cause disqualification at the examination centre. The issuance of Bihar SLET Dummy Admit Card 2026 serves as a safety window for candidates. It allows you to examine how your data appears in the official board registry before the final admit card is finalized.
Consider a practical student example to see why this matters:
- Real-Life Candidate Example (Candidate Ramesh): Ramesh submitted his online form through a local cyber cafe. When checking his draft hall ticket, he notices that the operator mistakenly spelled his father’s name as ‘Rajendra’ instead of ‘Rajender’ and selected General instead of EBC. Because Ramesh downloaded his dummy admit card today, he can log into the portal immediately and correct these details before November 5. If he had waited for the final admit card, no corrections would be permitted, and his photo ID would not match his exam pass.
BSEB has made it clear that after the correction window closes on November 5, no requests for changes in personal details or reservation categories will be entertained under any circumstances.
Important Dates for Bihar SLET Dummy Admit Card 2026
Candidates must adhere strictly to the schedule published by the Bihar School Examination Board. Missing the correction window means your final admit card will carry existing errors into the examination room.

- Date of Birth: Check day, month, and year against your high school passing memo.
- Gender: Verify that Male, Female, or Transgender is recorded correctly.
- Reservation Category: Confirm your social category (General, EBC, BC, SC, ST, or EWS). This directly influences your qualifying cutoff marks.

How to Correct Mistakes in Bihar SLET Dummy Admit Card 2026

- Log in to your candidate dashboard on sletregistration.cbrt.co.in using your application number and password.

The correction will not be saved or approved by the board until the fee difference is cleared. Conversely, if a candidate changes from a higher fee category to a subsidized category, BSEB will not refund the excess amount.
